About this Event
This type of breathwork is a little different, it is not relaxing really (maybe for some) but whenever I go I often cry a lot or laugh or move my body in different ways. It is very releasing. We will explain everything when you arrive.
If you are ready to let things go, and try something new. Join us.
You are lying on your ground for 1.5hrs and breathing for at least 75min.
Please bring a blanket as sometimes you get cold and an eye mask if you have one.
We have several yoga mats for the participants to lie on but bring your own if you feel more comfortable.
