Activator Pole Walking Programme Drogheda

6 Week Activator Pole Walking Workshop. Meeting at Dundalk Library heading on down to St Helenas park and back, followed by tea and coffee after the session.

Each week the trainer will go through walking styles and exercises to do using the poles.

After the six week programe the poles will be available to rent from the local library.
