AIP is held monthly. Every month includes a teaching sharing & a specific channeled guided meditation that pertains to that month's topic with a sound bath healing to finish. The topic is carefully chosen by what relates to what the collective is in need of the most at that time.
This month's topic is Complete Chakra Healing. Sanskrit the word “chakra” means “wheel” & refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerves & major organs. All of us no matter who you are have blockages in our energy centers. Once they get blocked you will experience physical & emotional symptoms related to each chakra which therefore is influencing your outer reality in a negative way.
We can receive energy healing to balance our energy centers or we can do it ourselves but if we do not discover the root causes as to why each energy center is blocked & know what to do then they will keep getting unbalanced which creates unnecessary suffering & challenges.
What you will experience:
First you will learn about your energy centers. Next you will understand how each chakra can be blocked & how it is influencing your life. Then you will be taught ways to uncover the root causes & fully heal each energy center so you won’t have to keep balancing/clearing them. Finally ending with a channeled guided meditation to balance the chakras followed by a rejuvenating sound bath healing.
