About this Event
Commune with Mary Ann and Sterling in an intimate group setting among the mature forest in Discovery park. You’ll be guided through a welcome ceremony to ground, set personal intentions and begin the embodiment process. Sterling will lead the group through a breathwork healing session to ignite the creative spirit and connect within. As the sun pokes through the canopy above, senses alive, you’ll take a moment of reflection and begin your own Activate your Light journey.
You’ll receive 1:1, personalized, 15 min of energy healing from Mary Ann which will unblock, activate and clear your energy field. After the release of stagnant energy and new sparks of bright inner light, Sterling will lead you through a 1:1 embodiment photoshoot. With custom styling, and supported by nature’s gifts, the photoshoot will capture the transformation within and leave you feeling empowered, beautiful and at home in your body.
