YOGA
A playful and uplifting yoga practice designed for all bodies - blending postures and breath to release stagnant energy, awaken vitality, and cultivate presence. This will be a joyful movement experience to reconnect you to your lightness and flow.
BREATHWORK
A powerful, soul-liberating breathwork journey to help you release emotional blockages, reconnect with your inner truth, and awaken your life force energy. Feel deeply renewed, expanded, and alive.

BREATHWORK CONTRAINDICATIONS

Physical Contraindications
• Cardiovascular issues
• Glaucoma
• High blood pressure
• Epilepsy
• Detached Retina
• History of strokes or seizures
• Aneurysm or family history of aneurysm
• Blood thinning medication
• Pregnancy or possible pregnancy
• Asthma
Mental Contraindications
• Substance dependence & addiction
• Bipolar disorder
• Schizophrenia
• Psychosis
• Hospitalisation for emotional crises in the last 10 years (Participant must get therapist’s approval to participate).
• Psychological conditions and diagnoses, which preclude safe emotional release.
