Want board members who are eager and excited to leverage their networks for fundraising? If some are reluctant, it may be because they feel awkward or unsure about how to talk about your organization or their board service. Even making simple introductions can feel like a sales pitch, so it’s something they avoid altogether. Thankfully, we can change that mindset!
In this "listen, learn, and do" session, we’ll figure out what’s really holding your board members back and help them (and you) move forward. Walk away having practiced exercises you can use immediately with your board, and insights to turn even the most hesitant among them into proud, confident ambassadors for your organization.
