Activate and Heal the 7-Chakra System with Reiki, Mantras, Mudras and Sound Healing with Maria BanasIn this Chakra experience we will activate the 7-Chakra System by participating with our whole body, exploring it's layers from a healing perspective and witnessing the effects of thoughts and feelings for each energy center. Additionally, you will learn how these techniques in this experience can help to remove any blocked energy centers.
As we listen and connect with each chakra Maria will channel Reiki through the crystal and Tibetan bowls. To further enhance your experience, while laying in Savasana, she will offer hands-on Reiki and essential oils specific to each chakra.

I’m a certified Reiki Master Teacher in multiple lineages, a sound healing practitioner, and a meditation guide with over 25 years of experience in holistic healing. My passion is helping others reconnect with their inner light through energy work, sound, and Divine connection.
