Come join us for a rejuvenating session of restorative yoga with the amazing Ophra!

This free in-person event will be held at the Whistler Community Services Society boardroom and mats, blocks, and bolsters will be provided .

Relax, unwind, and connect with your inner self in a peaceful and supportive environment. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is perfect for all able-bodied individuals aged 55+ who are looking to recharge and find balance.
