Dr. Jayr McIntyre — also known as Tha Hood Motiv8tor — is a U.S. Army combat veteran, Bronze Star recipient, entrepreneur, global business doctoral candidate, and nationally recognized motivational speaker. His mission is to inspire underserved communities, veterans, and entrepreneurs to rise from adversity, activate their gifts, and dominate their purpose.
