About this Event
Iron Sharpens Iron Fitness or ISIFit is Founded by the husband-wife team of Air Force Veteran, Chris Baez and Dr. Mical Baez. ISIFit is a fitness, coaching ministry with the mission to embolden you to reach your physical, mental and spiritual transformation both inside and out.
Through ISIFit Chris and Mical bridge the gap from living on the sideline, to getting in the game through an integrative, individualized- whole-person coach approach. They offer mobile in-person and virtual training experiences. With clients nationwide, location is not a limitation.
Brief workout description for networking event:
We’ll take some time to meet and get to know this dynamic team then we’ll experience a short, small group HIIT workout built to make a more functional you, for ALL experience and fitness levels. In an encouraging and uplifting environment.
Join Action Zone in a networking opportunity for participants in the current and previous Action Zone programs, any member of the military community thinking of starting a business, and supporters of Veteran and Military Spouse entrepreneurs. The event is open to all participants in Action Zone cohorts to share in the success of our Spotlighted Entrepreneur and network with everyone who works in support of the Action Zone Community.
