كيف تعيش داخل التجربة الدرامية بشكل كامل متوحد مع الذات، تعتمد الورشة على تنمية الوعي الداخلي للحظة الحية والحاضرة بالجسم والحواس والعواطف والأفكار وتأثيرها على العضلات كحالات توتر وتحرر. هذا هو الأساس العضوي للتصرف مع الذات والعيش داخل الشخصية الدرامية. بالنسبة للممثل الذي يحتاج إلى أداة اتصال ملموسة ومرنة أيضا ، فإن الوعي بالجسد يشجع على التعبير الحقيقي والفوري للحظة ويكون دائما "جديدا" بغض النظر عن عدد المرات التي تخرج فيها الطاقة الدرامية من الممثلورشة عمل مكثفة لمدة شهر في دبي مع المدرب الاسكتلندي Laurance Rudic يتعرف فيها الممثلون علي كيفية بناء شخصية درامية من خلال التعامل الصحيح مع الذات و تنمية الوعي الداخلي
محتوي الورشة:
-تقسم الورشة الي جزئين:
الجزء الاول (6 محاضرات):
- سيبدأ الجزء الاول بالتركيز علي مرونة الجسم و الحركة و كيفية تطويرهم من خلال اهتمامك بما يكمن في داخلك
- تعلم "التفكير" مع الجسد عن طريق زيادة الوعي عن طريق الحركة لما تشعر به من داخلك وكيفية التحكم وتغيير هذا
• - كيفية اهتمامك بأفكارك وعواطفك وأحاسيسك الجسدية
- التعرف علي تقنيات حركية و دروس في التفاعل الجسدي الذي بطبعه يعزز التجربة و الادراك الحسي بالجسد
- النهوض بالمشاعر الداخلية، تعزيز الخيال و الابتكار عن طريق العمل علي سلسة من المشاهد الارتجالية المبنية علي مشاكل التعبير البشري و العلاقات الانسانية المختلفة
الجزء الثاني (6 محاضرات):
سيقوم المشتركين خلال هذه المحاضرات العمل (في أزواج) على تطوير مشاهد ارتجالية سيطرح أفكارها المدرب، هذه المشاهد سيتم تحويلها لسيناريوهات ثم تصويرها
عن لورنس:
بدأ لورانس التمثيل و الظهور في أول مسرحياته عندما كان في التاسعة من عمره، في سن السادسة عشرة لعب دور في فيلم دراما بي بي سي. في مدرسة التمثيل، رفض تقنيات التمثيل التقليدية و بدأ في تطوير نفسه كممثل فقط من خلال جسده العاطفي راغبا بشدة في عيش حياة مليئة بالابتكار و سمي رحلته و طريقه "طريق العيش" حيث سمح له هذا الطريق ان يستجيب منفردا لما في داخله من مشاعر و عواطف ثائرا على كل الطرق و التقنيات المعتمدة علي الظاهر و الخارج
انتهي لورنس من دراسته في التاسعة عشر ثم التحق بعد ذلك بالمعهد الملكي باسكتلندا و عمل مع شركة مسرحية كبيرة مشهورة حيث استطاع هناك ان يكون الفنان الحر الذي طالما رغب ان يكون عليه و توفرت لديه مساحة كبيرة من الابداع و الابتكار و بدأ باكتشاف نفسه أثناء تمثيل مسرحية كل ثلاثة أسابيع . بعد ٢٥ عامًا من الاستمرار في استكشاف العملية المجسدة مع هذه الشركة ، توصل إلى طريقة فطرية أساسية في التمثيل تتسم بالصلابة والمرونة.
لعب أكثر من 100 دورا في العديد من الأعمال المسرحية والتلفزيونية والسينمائية الأخرى منها في ويست إند بلندن ، كما كان عضوا بارزا في شركة السير إيان ماكيلين في المسرح الملكي الوطني في لندن
درس دراما رقص كاثاكالي في الهند وتعليم فناني أوبرا التبت اللاجئين في جبال الهيمالايا الهندية. في عام ٢٠٠٠
زار مصر ودُعي لنقل شيء من خبرته العملية للآخرين حيث قام هناك بمباشرة عدة ورش في أماكن مختلفة منها: شركة مسرح الورشة
الجامعة الأمريكية و غيرهم ،شركة مسرح توت و مركز القاهرة للرقص المعاصر
.. سافر على نطاق واسع في دول عدة منها: المغرب، ايران، أفغانستان و مصر باحثًا عن جذور المسرح لإثراء عمله

How to live within the dramatic experience fully united with the self, the workshop depends on the development of internal awareness of the living and present moment in the body, senses, emotions and thoughts and their impact on muscles as states of tension and liberation. This is the organic basis for acting with oneself and living within the dramatic character. For an actor who needs a tangible and also flexible communication tool, body awareness encourages true and immediate expression of the moment and is always “fresh” no matter how many times the dramatic energy exits from the actor
A month-long intensive workshop in Dubai with the Scottish coach Laurance Rudic, in which the actors learn how to build a dramatic character through correct self-dealing and developing inner awareness
*Workshop content:
The workshop is divided into two parts:
Part one (6 lectures):
The first part will focus on body flexibility and movement and how to develop them by paying attention to what lies within you
Learn to “think” with the body by increasing awareness through movement of what you are feeling inside and how to control and change this
- How to take care of your thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations
- movement techniques and lessons in physical interaction, which naturally enhances the experience and perception of the body
Advancing inner feelings, promoting imagination and creativity by working on a series of improvisational scenes based on the problems of human expression and various human relations
Part Two (6 lectures):
During these lectures, the participants will work (in pairs) to develop improvisational scenes that the trainer will present their ideas for. These scenes will be converted into scenarios and then filmed
*About laurance:
Laurance began acting and appeared in his first plays when he was nine years old, at the age of sixteen he played a role in a BBC drama film. In acting school, he rejected traditional acting techniques and began to develop himself as an actor only through his emotional body, desperate to live a life full of creativity and called his journey and his way "the way of living" as this path allowed him to respond alone to the feelings and emotions inside him Revolting against all methods and techniques based on the external
He finished his studies at the age of nineteen and then joined the Royal Institution of Scotland and worked with a large famous theater company, where he was able to be the free artist that he always wanted to be, and he had a large area of creativity and innovation, and he began to discover himself while acting in a play. He visited Egypt and was invited to transfer some of his practical experience to others, where he conducted several workshops in different places, including: The Workshop Theater Company
The American University and others, the Tut Theater Company and the Cairo Center for Contemporary Dance
He traveled extensively in several countries, including: Morocco, Iran, Afghanistan and Egypt, searching for the roots of theater to enrich his work.
*Workshop will be held mainly in English and some Arabic
*All scenarios will be created in the Arabic language
*Participants should wear loose and comfortable clothes and be prepared to work in bare feet
