Adult Troupe: Cut
Synopsis: A group of actors rehearses a play within a play within a play. As the plot complications multiply, the actors begin to forget who is playing whom and who is the real director — as opposed to the actor who is playing the director, or vice versa. Then they can’t seem to remember who they really are, as opposed to the people they are playing in any of the various scripts. Then things start to get confusing…

Audition Dates: Feb 21 from 7:30-9pm and Feb 22 from 4-6pm.
Location: The Green Room – 214 E Main St. Festus, MO 63028
Auditions are open to anyone 18 and up.
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: Rehearsals will begin March 3 and take place Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-9pm. Tech week is a no conflict zone and begins March 31. Rehearsals will take place at our rehearsal home First Christian Church located at 415 N. Mill St. in Festus, MO.
Performances are April 4-6 at Crystal City High School.
Teen Troupe: The Actor Games
Synopsis: In this dystopian/Hunger Games parody everyone is starving…for attention! Society’s obsession with all things drama has become so distracting, the Capitol has outlawed all auditions and has divided the population into ten districts: Greek Tragedy, Shakespeare Drama, Commedia Dell’Arte, and others. During the annual Actor Games, a tribute from each district competes to become a star. The losers must suffer the fate of the Fallback Wheel.
