About this Event
This event is for people who identify as women. It's a safe space for women to come together and be vulnerable as we work on finding our power again with Gabrielle Byndloss.

The event is 1.5 hours. There is time at the beginning and end of the class to center yourself

What you will leave with :
This event is a monthly workshop. Our focus this month will be around an "I am Powerful". We will work together to create our affirmations after a gentle yoga flow, stretching, and intention setting . The goal is to use the affirmations to redirect the thought into one that serves you. At the end of the event, you will be writting letters to yourself to read throughout the month as a way to re-center and leave with a guided meditation that you can use anytime before an audition.
