Join us for the weekly (year round except for Public Holidays) Auckland City Triathlon Club Run Training with Coach Liam Bird.60 to 75-minute track session of changing sets of tempo work run drills.
This session will move back to the Domain once Day Light Savings kicks in.
This is not a casual run in the park run club, it's proper run training. Consistently turning up to this and the Monday Night Speed Sessions will make you a better runner!
All abilities are welcome for this FREE session.
There is no need to be an ACTC Member or a triathlete but if you continue to come along it is appreciated if you support the Club.
