The water is finally getting warmer and we are back swimming again. This week Kirsty will be running the group with Vince only helping with coffee after the Tri Starter Training session:- Swimming at 8am
- Running at 9am
- Coffee at 9.30am
NOTE: This week, there will be road closures due to the IronMaori happening, so please do not park on Tamaki Drive as they may be towing cars.
A FREE weekly casual brick session with #teamsesto and some of the ACTC crew.
All welcome inc non Members.
Be there from 7:50am ready to go at 8am.
Look out for the ACTC Flag to the right of the toilet block looking out to the water.
