The water temperature is still not too bad, so we are still swimming and running. This week Kirsty and Vince are back to normal with the Saturday morning swims at Kohi:- Swimming at 8am
- Running at 9am
- Coffee at 9.30am
A FREE weekly casual brick session with #teamsesto and some of the ACTC crew.
All welcome inc non Members.
Be there from 7:50am ready to go at 8am.
Look out for the ACTC Flag to the right of the toilet block looking out to the water.
