In this first part of the two-part retreat, you will learn the basics of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and how to apply these techniques in natural settings. You will also learn ways to help your clients build new habits and integrate nature into their day-to-day lives.

At the inspiring District 3 Innovation Centre and Montreal's famous Mount Royal Park, you will gain a strong foundation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and learn ways to incorporate eco-therapy, ecopsychology, nature therapy and walk and talk therapy into your practice. This is an ACT training for students, interns and practicing therapists.
