- Joseph Manglicmot , Masterchef Season 11 alumnus and co-partner at 93' Till and co-owner of Meat Mafia HTX and Naga Food Co. ’s passion for food started at a young age spending hours in the kitchen, preparing dishes with his mother and learning the secrets of Filipino cooking. Joseph believes that food is not just about sustenance; it's a way to connect with people, cultures, and traditions.
- Chef Marcos Juarez brings over 14 years of professional culinary experience to this event, having formerly spent the majority of his career at Uchi and Apple’s corporate campus.
- Chef Chase Reid , a 20-year veteran of the industry, is the executive chef of Houston’s oldest craft brewery Saint Arnold Brewery and Beer Garden. Chase focuses on farm-to-table modern Southern cuisine influenced by classic French techniques. Chase’s previous experience includes the Amarillo Club and The Historic Hill House and Farm in Willis, Texas.
