Audition Dates and Times:
Sunday, December 28 at 4:00 PM & 5:30 PM
Monday, December 29 at 6:00 PM & 7:30 PM
Callbacks will be held Saturday, January 3 & Sunday, January 4
Auditions will be held for:
- Junie B. Jones: Toothless Wonder. Performances: March 13-18
- Tarheel Tales. Performances: April 10-15
- SIX: Teen Edition. Performances: April 4-18

ABOUT THE SHOWS
Junie B. Jones: It's a rough week for Junie B. All of her classmates except her have been invited to Jim's birthday party. She's also about to lose her first tooth! What will she look like once it comes out? And what does the tooth fairy want with all those teeth anyway?
Tarheel Tales: From the Appalachian mountains of western NC comes a collection of traditional 'Jack Tales.'
SIX: Teen Edition: The six wives of English monarch Henry VIII return to rewrite herstory. Setting the record straight through this pop concert these queens
Productions will be directed by Seth Penwell, Seth Greene and Thomas Mauney.
AUDITION INFORMATION
Auditions will be held at the Edna Boykin Cultural Center, 108 Nash Street NE, Wilson, NC 27893.
Auditionees for the plays do not need to prepare anything in advance. The audition will consist of readings from the script.
Auditionees for the musical should prepare 16-32 bars of a musical theater song and bring sheet music in the correct key for the accompanist.
Auditions are free. If selected to participate in the program, there is a participation fee to help cover costs. For actors, the fee is $75 per person or $50 if you are a Wilson Arts member at the family level or higher.
ACT! for Youth programs are open to children in kindergarten through high school who live in Wilson County, or whose parent(s) live or work in Wilson County, or those who are contributors to Wilson Arts at the family level or greater. THESE CRITERIA MUST BE MET IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO BE CAST IN THIS PRODUCTION.
