From the artist:
"I’m from Kahkewistahaw First Nation in Saskatchewan and I hold a B.A. in Psychology from MacEwan University. I love to combine psychology with art by studying visual communication techniques employed by artists. It’s incredibly interesting to me as I study to compare the related knowledge of these disciplines and how they are so intertwined and inform each other. I use acrylic and watercolour paints, and coloured pencils and pens to create most of my artwork. The more I learn, the more empowered and creative I feel which fuel my passion projects. In university I would paint and draw portraits in my free time. Since graduating, I’ve been free to switch my focus and pursue art and business full-time."
