Acrylic Painting: Urban Landscapes is a six-week course designed to introduce students to the techniques and principles of painting buildings and architectural elements within natural or semi-urban environments with acrylics. Whether you’re new to painting or looking to refine your skills, this class will help you develop confidence in capturing the structure, atmosphere, and harmony between manmade forms and the surrounding landscape.This six-part course will be taught on six consecutive Saturdays: November 1, November 8, November 15, November 22, December 6, 2025 (Skipping Thanksgiving Week) from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
This class is for ages 16 and over. The cost of the four-part course is $200 per person. All skill levels are welcome and all materials are provided. Preregistration is required and space is limited. The course will be held inside SPAM’s Cole Creativity Center located at 123 N 10th St., Santa Paula, CA. Free parking is available directly behind the building and students may enter through the front or back door.
