From this workshop you will get
💖 personal coaching learning awesome acrobatic techniques
💖You don’t need to join with a training partner! You will be training with other students together in a group of 3 ppl; base, flyer and spotter.
⭐️We practice Acroyoga together in a combination of playfulness, joy and loving kindness.
👉We use each other as tools and train not only strength, balance and presence but also trust in other people.
💖 No pre-reqs. No experience needed, but if you have some, feel free to join and we will meet at your level!

Cancellations made before 1th April are refunded minus 50sek admin fee. Cancellations made after 1th April are non-refundable. Workshop pass are transferable to another person.
