Kick off the New Year with a wholesome adventure! Join us for a weekend filled with movement, new friends, nutritious food, laughter, relaxation, and play. We’ll be nestled for two days in the beautiful hills between Carmarthen and Llandeilo, immersing ourselves in acroyoga and other delightful activities.Acroyoga workshops from Yoga of Dragons (Sam and Bongo) and guest teachers, Chris Clayton-Jones and Alice Milner, handstands, aerial yoga, and 'normal' yoga are all on the menu in between tasty homemade food and plenty of time to enjoy the delightful sauna, plunge pool and hot tub!
We'll be based at the Golden Grove Retreat Centre, which is such a welcoming, chilled out place. It has a lovely yoga barn and new ceremony room, a gorgeous set of rooms in the farmhouse and beautiful views. Bryn from Kingola's Kitchen cooks up amazing, healthy meals, so we'll be spoilt.
