Join us on the last Sunday of the month from 2.00pm - 4.00pm at City Park (near the playground) for acroyoga jams.What is acro? Acroyoga combines yoga and acrobatics, drawing on traditions such as circus arts, cheerleading and dance - and is a great way to build strength and flexibility.
All levels of fitness and body types are welcome. You can come by yourself or bring a partner you'd like to practice with. Come for the full two hours or just drop in for part of the jam.
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable, non-baggy and non-slippery clothes. A water bottle and sunscreen are recommended.
