Our weekly beginner acroyoga classes introduce students to the fundamentals of acroyoga and basic poses so that they have a solid foundation to practice more advanced skills. Train physical strength, flexibility and balance, find your inner monkey as you explore your limits, and form connections with others in a playful way!No need to bring a partner—just come as you are and learn to lift others up and be lifted!

Intro to Acroyoga Class
• For who? Total beginners
• What? Learn the fundamentals of acroyoga and gain confidence to tackle more skills! This class will teach you basic acroyoga poses and terminology, plus exercises in strength and flexibility to make acroyoga easy and effortless.
• When? Thursdays at 18:30 and Sundays at 14:30*
Level 1 (Advanced Beginner):
• For who? For beginners and total newbies who want an extra challenge
• What? This class teaches basic acroyoga poses and then links them together into a flow. Both classic, well-known washing machines and original L-basing flows are taught. No experience is necessary, but because the class moves at a faster pace, less time is given to explain techniques and terminology.
• When? Wednesdays at 18:15* and Sundays at 16:00*.
Classes with an (*) are followed by a free jam (open training).
