I'm thrilled to be presenting another Beginners workshop! This workshop is going to be pitched at brand new AcroYogi's as well as those with some prior experience, wishing to expand their knowledge, technique, and smooth out transitions. If your brand new or you've been coming to my classes already this is a great opportunity to get really confident with your foundations - and I can give you a few challenges if necessary! No partner or mat required.
Saturday 23rd August 2-4.30PM The Manor Road Gym
The workshop will feature games, techniques, partner exercises, inversions and a cool down. We will break down FUN-dational poses, working towards transitions, in a safe and accessible way, in teams of 3, rotating, as base, flyer and spotter.
Come and join a fun filled Saturday afternoon full of laughter and lifting! No partner or mat necessary!

PRE-REQUISITE
You will benefit the most from this workshop if you're able to hold a 20 second plank on the floor.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Lauren is a playful teacher, who is keen to share her love for AcroYoga. She is also a RYT300 Yoga teacher, who has taught Yoga in the UK & India. She currently teaches weekly yoga and AcroYoga classes in Brighton, workshops in the UK and Europe, and updates her experience at Acrobatic conventions.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 7 or more days prior to the start of the event will be issued a refund less an administrative fee of £5.
No refunds, and no credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date but you can transfer your spot to a friend.
No refunds or credits for failure to complete the workshop. If I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances I will offer a refund and/or reschedule.
