Train physical strength, flexibility and balance, and find your inner monkey as you explore your limits and form connections with others in a playful way!This weekly class is for beginners till advanced or keen body awareness developed through a related fitness area (e.g. yoga, calisthenics, dance). Each class will be based around an original L-basing flow or standing acrobatic, with sine funky and more challenging transitions.
Pre-requisites: be open
No need to bring a partner—just come as you are and learn to lift others up and be lifted!
