Come join a fun & accessible AcroYoga workshop!
I'm thrilled to be presenting an All levels AcroYoga workshop for the first time in Chichester! Like my weekly class, this workshop will be designed for anyone, so those newer to the practice as well as AcroYogi's with prior experience, wishing to expand their knowledge, technique, and smooth out transitions. No partner or mat required.
Saturday May 25th 3-5pm New Park Centre Chichester
The workshop will feature games, techniques, partner exercises, inversions and a cool down. I will teach some fun transitions, working towards a flow in a safe and accessible way, in teams of 3, rotating, as base, flyer and spotter.
Come and join a fun filled Saturday afternoon full of laughter and lifting!

PRE-REQUISITE
You will benefit the most from this workshop if you're able to hold a 20 second plank on the floor and/or a 20 second front plank on a base and kick up to handstand against a wall.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Lauren is a playful teacher, who is keen to share her love for AcroYoga. She is also a RYT300 Yoga teacher, who has taught Yoga in the UK & India. She currently teaches weekly yoga and AcroYoga classes in Brighton, workshops in the UK and Europe, and updates her experience at Acrobatic conventions.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 7 or more days prior to the start of the event will be issued a refund less an administrative fee of £5.
No refunds, and no credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date but you can transfer your spot to a friend.
No refunds or credits for failure to complete the workshop. If I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances I will offer a refund and/or reschedule.
