Refine your ability to move smoothly through transitions with grace and confidence. Beautiful sequences focusing on fluidity, control, and unusual movements to elevate your acro flow.
🚀 Saturday Afternoon: Icarians and work in tempo.
New and unusual Icarians combined with classic ones. We’ll explore fresh ways and new keys to approach these moves. Step by step, we’ll progress through each trick with spotting techniques, making them accessible for everyone.
💫 Sunday Morning: Popping Flow
Connect pops with smooth movements to create flowing rhythm. Learn individual moves or link them into beautiful continuous flow, depending on your level.
🙌 Sunday Afternoon: Slakro and counterbalance flow
New and unusual stepups on a human, reverse your movement practice and see how beautiful it gets! Yes it will be wobly in the beginning. Dashas aproach to slakro is beautifully creative. Let her inspire you.
