The Acronym Cup Home-Brew Competition, co-hosted by NEW Ales Brewing and HBYOB, is an exciting event for home-brew enthusiasts to showcase their talents. This competition provides an opportunity for contestants to have their beer judged by professional brewers and compete for prestigious awards.Awards:
1st Place: Medal and the opportunity to brew a 1bbl batch of the winning beer at NEW Ales Brewing for a public release.
2nd Place: Medal + small prize
3rd Place: Medal
Entry Information:
Entry Fee: $5 per beer entered.
Submission Period: October 21st - November 8th.
Submission Locations: Beers can be dropped off (or mailed) at either NEW Ales Brewing or HBYOB during normal business hours.
Beer Submission Requirements: Each entry must include at least two 12oz bottles of home-brew.
Judging and Announcement:
Judging Date: November 11th.
Winner Announcement: The winners will be announced in person at NEW Ales Brewing on November 16th. You must be present to claim your prizes!
