*Class 1: Fundamental Techniques for Acrobatics* @ 11AM
In this first class, you will learn how to work with a partner, through exercises designed to help you understand how to safely manage your partner's weight. Working on posture technique and teach how to efficiently manage your energy using your entire body. The session will conclude with a simple acrobatic move that incorporates all these concepts.
*Class 2: Intermediate-Advanced Acrobatics Techniques* @ 12:30PM
Take your skills to the next level with intermediate techniques. Discover how to make the most of both your energy and your partner's to achieve smoother and more precise acrobatic movements. We will focus on timing coordination and show you how to progress toward more advanced acrobatics. We will finish with an acrobatic move that integrates everything you've learned.
