Acro&Yogassa yhdistyy ainutlaatuisesti joogan syvä viisaus, akrobatian dynaaminen voima ja terapeuttisen hieronnan hyväntahtoisuus. Näitä kolmea elementtiä harjoitellaan pääsääntöisesti kolmen tai neljän hengen ryhmissä, jotta harjoituksesta tulee sekä hauska että turvallinen. Et tarvitse paria eikä aikaisempaa kokemusta akrobatiasta, hieronnasta tai joogastakaan. Ota mukaasi vain iloinen mieli!
Kurssi opetetaan sekä suomen että englannin kielellä. Oppilaat jotka ilmoittautuu koko kurssiin (15 kertaa) voi korvata poissaoloja käymällä minun iyengarjooga urheilijoille (keskiviikkoisin) tai iyengarjooga alkeiskurssilla (torstaisin).

Learn to fly with Acro&Yoga!
AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community. We work in groups of three or four making our practice both safe and fun! You need no prior experience with acrobatics, massage, or yoga, just a joyful mind.
This course is taught in both Finnish and English. Students who enrol for the entire course (15 classes) can make up any absences in either my Iyengar Yoga for Athletes (Wednesdays) or my Iyengar Yoga Beginner’s Course (Thursdays).
