About this Event
Acroyoga has been growing in popularity and offers a twist on regular gym training. Adding Acro to your fitness practice can improve strength, flexibility, communication, creativity and a sense of community. In this 90-minute workshop, you will cultivate trust and communication with other Altea members, while building upon foundational fitness elements. Get ready to find your inner child and relearn what it means to play!We will explore the fundamentals of AcroYoga, breaking down poses and transitions step by step. We will guide you through the basics, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident in their practice. This workshop will require you to work closely in pairs and small groups. If you choose to come with a partner, please know that some of the icebreaker activities will require you to pair up with new people. We will teach proper spotting to ensure everyone remains safe.
No partner or prior Acroyoga experience is required. We will ensure that everyone finds their groove and has a blast throughout this workshop.
