Whether you're kicking up for the first time or looking to refine your balance, these classes will guide you through the foundations of hand-balancing and partner-based Acro Yoga. Led by experienced instructors, we’ll cover strength-building drills, spotting techniques, and accessible partner poses—all in a supportive and adventurous environment.
No experience necessary—just bring a sense of fun (and maybe a love for cheese).
