Sun is out, it's time for outdoor acro!We are really excited about this.
We created a pop-up event for in 2 weeks for all of you lovely peeps, who are looking for intermediate acroyoga in Amsterdam!

Inez and Jonathan will be challenging you to get to the next level, to find deeper ways to connect to each other within the practice, and will bring you lots of new material to play with.

All the workshops are INTERMEDIATE level assuming that the participants are familiar with the basics of acroyoga. We will keep working with variations for all skill levels. During the weekend we will bring you a set of tools to improve your technique, find a better alignment, create more tightness and stability and discover the needed sensitivity for easier flows
