Join Mike & Ariana for an acro workshop focusing on getting upside down. In this class we will cover a few basic acro inversions & transitions. This workshop is open to all levels (no prior experience necessary) skills can be modified to skill level and spotters will be used.Come build trust, communication and learn a new skill!
