About your Instructors:
Introducing Katie and Brandon, a dynamic duo behind Third Space Movement, who bring a wealth of expertise to our Acro Date Night workshop.
Brandon Sherbrook, a Movement Educator, Mobility Specialist, Kettlebell Coach, and Yoga Teacher, is dedicated to enhancing well-being through practices of movement and play. He truly wants to get to know everyone he meets and is commited to making individuals feel seen, heard, and appreciated.
Complementing Brandon's energy is Katie, a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Reiki Practitioner, and Movement Educator. With over a decade in the fitness industry, Katie has coached tens of thousands of people, instilling the belief that moving your body should be not only beneficial but also fun, nourishing, and healing. Her focus on individual uniqueness empowers participants to move for longevity, enabling them to continue doing what they love.
