Acro Dance Workshop

12 pm- 2 pm, Open Acro Class

This all-levels class focuses on acro fundamentals, progressions, and trending tricks. Dancers will work at their own pace with guided instruction. An evaluation will be provided at the end of class to help determine level placement for future training.

2:30 pm-4:30 pm, Aerial + Flexibility Class

This two-part class begins with aerial drills and technique, then transitions into targeted flexibility training. Open to all levels, but dancers must have at least a one-arm cartwheel to participate. A great option for those looking to build power and mobility.
