Join us for our acro and dance lift classes!These classes focus on developing skills in partner acrobatics and dance lifts, with an emphasis on strength, balance, safe technique, and fun. Sessions are led by experienced instructors and are structured to support a wide range of ability levels, from those new to acro through to more experienced practitioners.
The class environment is supportive and community-focused, allowing participants to progress at their own pace while working collaboratively with others.
Key information:
• Classes are suitable for those aged 18 years and over.
• Wear comfortable activewear that allows full range of movement. Please avoid baggy clothing and jewellery, as these may pose health and safety risks during partnered work.
• $10 per person, per class. Fees contribute toward venue hire, equipment, and general running costs
• Cash and bank transfer payments are accepted
• You do not need to attend with a partner
