About this Event
After nearly 5 years (COVID-19 interrupted our timelines), we are delighted to invite you to join us to share and discuss our Project findings regarding community, clinical, legal, and ethical perspectives on Advance Care Planning with vulnerable populations.
Our partnership with many, you included, has made this possible, and we look forward to further discuss what is, could, and should be done to ensure that our findings can best support advance care planning and end-of-life care conversations within Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander, Italian, Vietnamese and Bhutanese communities, and amongst those facing life-limiting illnesses, specifically cancer, chronic airway disease, and dementia.
Due to refurbishing of our selected venue, we had to move the date of this event from June to July. The agenda for the day is below, and we invite you to register your plan to attend.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided (and we can cater for your dietary requirements).
