This year, Steel Kitty is gonna switch it up. Instead of focusing only on women in music, we are going to focus on ALL UNDERREPRESENTED voices. If you know Deb Cook and Steel Kitty Productions , then you know that this is the heart of their Mission Statement.
So, what does that mean?
I want to hear songs written or sung by WOMEN, PEOPLE OF COLOR, AND QUEER SINGER-SONGWRITERS.

Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we provide a platform and resources for women, people of color, and LGBTQIA2S individuals to create and share their music with the world. With a passion for amplifying marginalized voices and fostering a culture of inclusivity and creativity, Steel Kitty Productions has established itself as a trusted and innovative force in the music scene, producing high-quality music that inspires and uplifts our communities.
AC SHOW DETAILS:
Doors open downstairs in Mr Smalls Café at 5 pm for checkin, Signups begin around 6:30pm, show from 7pm until 11pm. Full sound and light system with backline (drums, keys, guitar and bass amp) available, and a house band to back you up if you want!
