This Saturday we have the incredible Acoustic Weller for our Live Music Saturdays! A review from Consett Festival by NE Volume Magazine:
As I entered the venue I could hear one of my favourite tracks of all time being played on the acoustic stage - The Jam’s: ‘That’s Entertainment’.
Acoustic Weller is a tribute act to Paul Weller, and sometimes tributes, to me, just don’t hit the heights I’d hope for, but Acoustic Weller was exceptional. His vocal tones were, in particular, simply perfect, and at times I thought I was actually standing in the presence of the Mod God himself.
He's playing live for us all tonight from 9pm!
