If we desire to live in harmony with one another, and with the planet we share, we must learn to listen well. Healing often begins when we give people an opportunity to express their feelings of pain, hurt and anger alongside those of elation, joy, and laughter. When we begin to hear and understand in our own words our own story, healing can begin.
