By registering for this course, you agree to the following:
-Cancellation—If you cannot attend this course, please get in touch with us ASAP, but at least 24 hours before the event; this is to help ensure that others will have the same access to the event.
-Late Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 fee.
-Rescheduling—If you have given adequate cancellation notice, we can work with you to enroll you in a future vacant listing.
-No-Call-No-Show—If you do not attend the course and do not contact us, you will forfeit your entire course fee.
-You will be charged an additional fee if you want to purchase a book. Price determined at time of purchase.
-If you would like to rent a book, you must leave a deposit of $100.00, which will be returned when you return the book in excellent condition. If you do not return the book on or before the start of the class on the scheduled course date, you will forfeit the entire book deposit fee.

Upon registering, you will receive specific course preparation instructions (e.g., manual/textbook, walk-through guides, etc.). Please review these resources carefully and bring them with you to class. This advanced preparation will be valuable: you will learn more and be more comfortable with the course.
For ACLS & PALS— Review the book, online materials, and complete the Pre-test.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will practice skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have any physical conditions that might prevent these activities, please tell one of the instructors when you arrive for the course. The instructor will work to accommodate your needs within the stated course completion requirements.
