We’re playing Rounders for Doubles (4 rounds + Double Elimation brackets) where all teams play at once. This means all Doubles teams are guaranteed 6 games!!! Bring Your Own Partner as always!
SCHEDULE/TIMES:
• 8 AM Practice/Check-In (1 hour)
• 9 AM - BAGS FLY - ALL DOUBLES TEAMS START ROUNDERS (4 games, 12 round limited) then Double Elimination (3 Tiers based on your rounders record)
• 2pm (approx) - Singles (all skill levels)
Rounders Doubles Format:
All teams play 4 games of rounders. You will always play a team with a similar record.
• Example, 1st round is random matchup, in the 2nd round teams that won will play another team that won, and teams that lost will play another team that lost. After that you'll play a team with a similar record.
• After your 4 games you will be seeded by your Win/Loss record from the ACL Leaderboard and then split into 3 Tiers. Each tier must have at least 6 teams.
(Tier 1 = Open pts / Tier 2 = Comp pts / Tier 3 = Intermediate pts)
• Each Tier will be Double Elimation (12 round limited)
Rounders Seeding: Wins/Loss Record. Tie breakers for seeding are decided in the leader board by (+/-) point spread scored in your games, then by total points scored in those 4 games).
ALL SINGLES Divisions play after Doubles (approx 1:30) (12 round limited*)
*All games will be 12 round limited. Games will be adjusted if time is running low since we must be done at 6pm.
Entry fees will increase by $5 per player per event on the say of. So pre-register online. This means walkup entry will cost $5 more per player for both doubles and singles.

(prices displayed below show a $10 Discount for Gold, Platinum & Diamond members). Add $10 per player for BASIC (FREE) and Club Player memberships.

ALL Doubles - $35 per player. (All teams guaranteed 6 games)
DOUBLES PAYOUTS: 70% Overall Payout, then Tier 1 gets 55%, Tier 2 gets 30%, Tier 3 gets 15%
SINGLES:
***Open Singles - $35/player - If advanced is offered Open and Advanced entry fees will be combined, the total pot will be 70% of the total entries from both divisions. 60% of that goes to Open and 40% goes to Advanced.
NOTE: Adv and Open can be combined if there is not enough players in OPEN OR ADVANCED.
***Advanced (if offered) - $35/player - (Double & Singles offered) - Open Doubles and Advanced Doubles Entry will be combined, the total pot will be 70% of the total entries from both divisions. 60% of that goes to Open and 40% goes to Advanced

Competitive SINGLES - $25/player - 60% payout (Doubles & Singles offered).
NOTE: Comp and Int can be combined if there is not enough players in COMP OR INTERMEDIATE.
Intermediate SINGLES - $25/player - 50% payout (Doubles & Singles offered only if singles) Intermediate level will be moved up to competitive points if there are less than 6 comp singles or less than 6 comp doubles teams).
FREE BASIC and CLUB LEVEL PLAYERS: Add $10 per player per event for any (non-paid membership). Highly recommended to upgrade to a paid membership level to save money.
PAYOUT TABLE - based on player/team amounts:
DOUBLES PAYOUTS: 70% Overall Payout, then Tier 1 gets 55%, Tier 2 gets 30%, Tier 3 gets 15%
• 1-7 players in singles, or 1-7 teams in doubles - 2 places, 1st 60%, 2nd 40%
• 8-15 players in singles, or 8-15 teams in doubles - 3 places, 1st 50%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%
• 16-23 players in singles, or 16-23 teams in doubles - 4 places, 1st 40%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%, 4th 10%
• 24-47 players in singles, or 24-47 teams in doubles - 5 places, 1st 35%, 2nd 25%, 3rd 20%, 4th 10%, 5th x 2 - 5%
• 48+ players in singles, or 48+ teams in doubles - 6 places, 1st 28%, 2nd 18%, 3rd 16%, 4th 12%, 5th x 2 8%, 7th x2 5%
Liquor/Beer/Food available for sale.
No outside food or alcohol. Bring chairs if you’d like.
