The Christmas lights are gleaming, and music fills the air for this special one night, December 13th.This is a FREE downtown event for everyone. The streets in downtown Prescott are closed and the businesses open their doors for a few hours for this wonderful musical event.
In order to locate where your favorite performers are playing, programs will be available at our Information Table and will also appear on our website, AckerNight.com.
Opening ceremony will begin at 4:45 this year and end at 5:30. The event will begin at 5:30 and end at 8:30.
Additional parking will be at Mile High Middle School. Cowgirl Country Antiques will have 20 spaces available, on a first come first serve basis.
New this year we will have parking at Yavapai College with 3 shuttle buses to take you to the event. The drop off point will be S. Cortez and Goodwin, last bus leaves downtown at 9:30 pm.
Fancy That! will have scarves for sale starting at 12:00 noon at her store, 109 S. Granite St. We will have them at the Information Table. This is the 10th year for the scarves, make sure to get this year's scarf to add to your collection before they sell out.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there taking free pictures with the kids. You will find them on Gurley St.
Bring your dollar bills and look for the "Tips for Scholarships" bags in front of each performer, the money collected in these bags will be used for scholarships to help local youth with private music lessons.
