Beyond the Veil Press is excited to announce the book release for local Denver poet Becca Downs! We will be hosting a poetry open mic followed by Featured Reader Ms. Suzy Q. Smith, and Becca Down reading and signing her new book, Acid Rain Epithalamium.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Becca Downs (she/they) is a writer, editor, educator, poet, and graduate of the Mile-High MFA program at Regis University. They lead creative writing workshops throughout Denver, where they live with their chosen Queen City Cooperative family. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Becca is grateful for her Hoosier roots, family, and friends, and is passionate about strengthening the community where she lives.
