About this Event

Partnering for this event are the founders of 50:50 Future and Promethean Play, bringing to life a holistic approach to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) goal setting through the experience of LEGO® build!

What to expect?
A fun and interactive LEGO® session, where you can explore potential barriers and challenges to inclusion within your workplace along with impactful solutions.

Matt from Promethean Play will lead on all things LEGO® - giving you time and space to understand the concept of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, how it works and to get a feel for the LEGO® before any builds begin.

Lyndsey & Lynsey from 50:50 Future will facilitate the EDI side of things drawing upon themes raised throughout the session in line with their 'Seven Steps' which will provide a framework for your EDI strategy and setting realistic, manageable and tangible goals specific to your workforce needs, along with plenty food for thought on practical strategies for inclusion.
