About this Event
Costs are rising and profits are being squeezed; however, operational excellence can transform these challenges, empower staff, and enable you to work on the business, not in it.
Our speakers have extensive experience and a proven track record in operational efficiency, assisting companies to improve processes in a way that drives profitable growth and fosters an environment in which employees strive to make improvements. You'll leave with some valuable ideas for your business that will increase profit. That is a promise!
Speaker bios:
Mark Darcy , Operational Consultant
My name is Mark Darcy and I help businesses implement and improve their operational processes to increase net profits and make everyone happier. I see many businesses that grow, but so do their costs, which in turn means more work for the same net profit, along with a mountain of extra stress for the owners.
I have 27 years of experience and achievements, including co-owning an organic cosmetic business (Herb UK), which experienced significant growth, increasing its revenue from £3.1 million to £8.8 million, but more importantly, scaling with no OH increases. We supplied our products to 40 countries worldwide, establishing global operations. I firmly believe that I can contribute to your organisation in a variety of ways.
My business values, drive for results, and enthusiasm for challenges make me confident that I would work exceptionally well with your team, achieving remarkable outcomes. My point of difference is that I work with your team to achieve the critical ‘buy-in’ that adds real value in a way that increases profit and empowers staff, so you keep improving. Then, lead by example by demonstrating, training, coaching, and managing improvements that are pre-agreed and desired. I do not just give information or give the MD or owner more work; I reduce their involvement.
Just imagine if everything in your business ran without additional work or intervention and when it didn't, it was dealt with in such a way that it never happened again. Please look on my LinkedIn for more information
