About this Event
ABLE Accounts are tax-free savings and investment accounts for those with disabilities to help save for things like transportation, healthcare, food, housing, education, retirement, and more. But currently, only a fraction of eligible Iowans actually have an ABLE Account.
On July 13, The Harkin Institute is hosting a day-long clinic with a CERTIFIED
FINANCIAL PLANNER™ from Foster Group to give a breakdown of how ABLE Accounts work, who is eligible, and more. We will also offer one-on-one sessions with a financial planner who will help you set up an ABLE Account and answer any questions you may have.
We will hold presentations at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with one-on-one sessions in between.
You can sign up for one of the presentations here and you can sign up for a one-on-one session at this link.
